CHRISTMAS 2019-- CREATING MORE WONDERFUL MEMORIES.

Perkins hosted our Christmas Eve dinner and program this year.
All the kids came except Jordan, Bob jr and Angela's families

Menu was Costa Vida salads homemade and brought by each family.
The program this year was sharing what the restoration of the Gospel means to  us.  Consensus was that it means God loves all His children and desires for us to be happy.

Years ago our tradition was to sleep under the Christmas tree on the 23rd and to read favorite Christmas stories and share memories of Christmas.

Most of the kids have continued that tradition in their own homes.

Tammy's family sleeps under the tree

Kate's family under their tree

Christmas morning we had breakfast at the Lee's
We watched the kids go on a scavanger hunt to find clues for their gift from Mom and Dad

We went to Shorts and it was a good thing Jake had Sammy.  He's an only child now.

We got to talk to Lauren on her mission in Louisville KY
